Aileron Deburring, Stiffener Riveting

We deburred the skin edges as well as holes for the stiffeners.  Oddly, the holes in the aileron skins are already final drilled #40, so there’s no match drilling.  If that’s okay for the ailerons, why isn’t the rest of the plane like that?

In any case, we got the stiffeners dimpled and attached.  Back riveting them assembly-line style, we managed to get all 224 rivets set in under an hour with no mistakes.
