Something resembling a horizontal stabilizer…

Lots of non-aircraft related things to do this weekend, but we still made some reasonable progress.  Things certainly look more impressive with the HS skins sitting on the bench.

We finished deburing the in-spar ribs and the nose ribs, which accounts for almost all the work time since the last update.  We also match drilled a few holes in the ribs and spar.  Tracey helped deburr this weekend, which was very much appreciated.

I constructed the jig (according to the plans) to hold the horizontal stabilizer vertically on the workbench for better access.  Also deburred the HS skins.

Next step is cleco it all together and match drill.  Then, as always, disassemble, deburr, and reassemable.
