Despite many hours of work, the beginning of the rear spar isn’t terribly impressive or interesting. Most of the work was deburring all the bits that make up the aileron bracket. Much of it is thick with inner curves.
Drilling and clecoing the aileron flap brackets:
This look pretty well captures the excitement of deburring.
Even some countersinking on the aileron brackets just to keep things interesting.
So much work, 4 little bits to show for it.
Berck: 9 hours (including a couple hours from the day before), Jonah: 4.75 hours
