Fuel Tank Deburring

Will’s replacement rib hasn’t come in yet, so we couldn’t get started on the right wing leading edge.  Fortunately, there’s still lots of plane to build, so we got started deburring fuel tank parts.  A miserable many, many hours of deburring is about all that happened today for 3 of us.

I’m dreading this fuel tank stuff.  When I screw it up, fuel will leak, and then I have to try to fix the leak.  We’re also pretty sure we want electronic fuel injection, which means plumbing in a fuel return line that’s not included in the plans.   Whee.
